Sales Leadership is a full or part time self employed opportunity. You will recruit and manage your own team of Representatives and as you build your team up you will see your earnings grow. You will earn a commission on your team members based on their sales. (minimum requirement is to have 5 Representatives in your team with £600 total sales).
You will be eligible for a fast start bonus of £80 for recruiting your first 5 Representatives within 3 Avon Campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to earn another £50 per Sales Leader that joins your team during your first 8 campaigns as a Sales Leader. This is in addition to the commissions you will earn on your team each campaign. (every three weeks)
You will have full support from our team to help you to achieve your first level and ongoing support and training. You will work as part of a friendly team of Sales Leaders who all work at different levels and have different time commitments.
All you need to do to get started is to pay a one-off payment of £25. You will then receive your Sales Leader business pack. Please contact me for full details of the terms and conditions.
There are four different levels of Sales Leadership and at each level your commission levels will increase. At each level, to earn commissions you need to place your own on-time order above your minimum order value.
Sales Leader You need at least five Representatives in your team, bringing in total sales of £600 between them. You will earn commissions of between 3-5% of your teams paid sales.
Advanced Sales Leader You need at least fifteen Representatives in your team, bringing in total sales of £1,800, with two of them at Sales Leader level. You will earn commissions of between 5-7% of your teams paid sales.
Executive Sales Leader You need at least twenty-five Representatives in your team, bringing in total sales of £3,000, with six of them at Sales Leader level. You will earn commissions of between 8-10% of your teams paid sales.
Senior Executive Sales Leader You need at least twenty-five Representatives in your team, bringing in total sales of £3,000, with eight of them at Sales Leader level, including two of the eight at Executive level. You will earn commissions of between 8-12% of your teams paid sales.
